About Falkram

Technology changed the digital world. The physical world is next.

Falkram Private Limited is an engineering studio based in Udupi and Pune, India. We build the software, AI and hardware behind real operations, and we run two products of our own so we live with the same trade-offs our clients do.

Leadership

The people you'll actually work with.

The team

A small, senior-led team across Udupi and Pune covering software, AI, hardware prototyping, design and media, with an in-house prototyping bench for 3D-printed parts and electronics.

We stay small on purpose. Every engagement gets our CEO as its technical lead, and we take on fewer projects than we could so that stays true.

How we work

From the real world to a better system.

01

Study the real workflow

Before writing code, we watch how people, materials and machines actually move. The real bottleneck is rarely where you think it is.

02

Model it as a system

Inputs, feedback and waste made visible and measurable, so we can agree on what “better” means before we build.

03

Apply technology where it pays

AI, sensors and automation are tools, not goals. We use them only where they create real, lasting value.

What we hold ourselves to

Six values, and the tests they set.

01

Make systems better

Every engagement leaves a system measurably better than we found it, or we shouldn't have taken it.

02

Focus on the real world

Software is only worth what it changes offline.

03

Add real value

If a feature doesn't pay for itself in saved hours, cost or risk, it doesn't ship. Sometimes the honest answer is “don't build it.”

04

Keep it simple

Complexity is a cost someone pays later. We choose the smallest system that solves the real problem.

05

Stay connected

A system is only as good as the feedback loop between it and the people it serves.

06

Build to last

We build for the team that inherits the code, not for the demo.
